"Locals know that the latest hot spot for a special evening out is Ristra. Named for the decorative garlands of dried chiles that grace porches throughout town, the restaurant is nestled in a small house on Agua Fria Street behind the Sanbusco Market Center. Owner Eric Lamalle describes the fare, which changes with the seasons, as "new American cuisine with Southwestern and French influences." Dishes such as mussels cooked with chipotle chile and coconut milk or a salad with roasted beets, walnuts and pomegranate vinaigrette will get your taste buds hopping.
